A Milestone
A "milestone", or "yellow milestone" is a small, rounded object that appears on the side of some paths. Each one is numbered and coincides with a location on the map. The "Cartographer" skill is required in order for them to appear on the map.
Some of the milestones, numbers 11, 12, and 17 specifically, are either partially or completely obstructed on the map by campsite markers.
