The Map, as it appears in 1.0.7, fully discovered with the Cartographer skill unlocked.
The Map is a tool that the player can access at any time by opening their Notebook. At the beginning of the game, the map will appear completely blank aside from a small area in the lower center. As the player discovers campsites, more portions of the map are filled out. If the player unlocks the "Cartographer" skill, more details will be added, such as paths and milestones.
As the player discovers them, campsite names are added to the list on page 7. When a campsite's name is highlighted, that region of the map will be circled in orange. This list also has icons to indicate whether or not the player has fixed all the repairable items 
in that region or if the campsite has all required buildings
